Returns
All sales are final. Cappolla Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, colour preference, or other personal preferences.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact support@cappollacollection.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. Eligible issues will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.
