Return Policy
All sales are final. Cappolla Collection does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal preferences.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@cappollacollection.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the item. Eligible issues will be reviewed and resolved on a case-by-case basis.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
